Pastor William B. Purcell, Jr. is a Bold and Passionate Preacher, Inspirational and Humble Teacher, and Pastor of No Limit International Ministries, a church dedicated to loving, encouraging and empowering people of all ethnicities and backgrounds and helping them overcome life obstacles.

For Sixteen Years Pastor Purcell served faithfully under Bishop T.D. Jakes at the Potter’s House in Dallas, TX, where he was licensed and ordained. Pastor Purcell was also the Co-Founder of the dynamic and revolutionary “Potter’s Institute”, a Christian Education school. During his tenure at The Potter’s House, Purcell was responsible for the spiritual growth of thousands of people that enrolled in The Potter’s Institute.

William Purcell is an anointed teacher and preacher and operates in various spiritual gifts to include prophecy and word of knowledge. His passion for training, mentoring, financial coaching, premarital and marriage counseling and coaching leaders, have afforded him the opportunity to impact the lives of many as a guest speaker at various professional and religious conferences and seminars. He also currently serves as a Board member of Education Center International Academy Charter School in Garland, Texas.

His popular leadership workshops, “Lead like Him” and “A Servant’s Heart” has helped thousands embrace and pursue leadership positions personally, professionally and in political and religious organizations. Pastor Purcell is also a recognized marriage counselor with “Twogether in Texas”, a Texas Health and Human Services Commission sponsored initiative intended to promote and provide skills-based marriage preparation classes.

William Purcell holds a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resources and Management. He is currently completing another degree in Information Technology and will then continue to complete his degree in Christian Education. Additionally, Pastor Purcell and his staff, offers financial and credit coaching to help restore and achieve financial success and integrity. Originally from New York City, Pastor William Purcell is the father of two biological children and spiritual father to many. He is married to Sonya Purcell and now resides in Lancaster, TX.

Lady Sonya Purcell loves helping and encouraging people.  Her infectious smile and sense of humor brings a smile to every one she meets.   Growing up in the church and accepting Christ at the tender age of 10 years old, Sonya has served in the church all of her life.  Sonya Purcell is a passionate, anointed and engaging Worship L, psalmist, preacher, teacher and motivational speaker.

As a Worship Leader and Psalmist, Sonya’s passion is to inspire people to get back to the heart of worship.  She has had the opportunity to minister for various choirs, gospel artists, churches, conferences and community and corporate events.  Sonya Purcell is an ordained minister and is the founder of “Circle of Love”, a ministry dedicated to encouraging and empowering women of all ages, ethnicities and backgrounds to release fear and become all that God intended them to be.   “Circle of Love” currently has chapters in Atlanta, GA and Dallas, TX. 

Professionally, Sonya has over 14 years of Human Resources and Training experience.   She is currently a Career Coach for Successful Career Strategies. Sonya is happily married to the man of her dreams, Pastor William Purcell Jr.
